Situated south of the city of Bristol in the Chew Valley, Magenta Properties
is a local, award winning Company specialising in the design and construction of high quality and distinctive, executive style homes.
We work hard to develop sites in prime locations and to ensure that the sites are enhanced with architectural styles and materials in keeping with their surroundings.
A wide range of experiences contribute towards fine teamwork and commitment to a
quality product.
The Company was formed in late 1991, with the philosophy that quality counts. We aim to create interesting designs with a view to breaking away from the “square box” layouts so often associated with new properties.
For example, distinctive characteristics are incorporated in all homes, some of which are feature galleried landings and interesting room shapes. We spend particular attention
on using carefully chosen, quality materials and traditional construction techniques.
High standards of workmanship are ensured by exemplary on-site management and regular communication with each trade. This attention to detail has ensured the Company has created a portfolio of desirable properties around the Bristol and Bath areas.
MALLORCA
Port D'Andratx
Sold June 2012, this luxury four bedroom villa, is located in the stunning area of Port Andratx on the island of Mallorca. Finished to an exceptionally high standard, this villa commands fabulous, uninterrupted views across the harbour and is within walking distance of the town. Set on the hillside in a smart residential area, the house is designed to maximise the location, and nearly all rooms have views across the harbour.
One of the main features is the central, circular staircase from which rooms lead off at different levels, adding interest to the design. High quality, teak windows with stone surrounds reflect the traditional Mallorquian style and there is a large terrace with a level deck swimming pool overlooking the Port.
In 2010 we expanded our business by offering a building service for larger, individual residential properties or small developments of up to three or four units.

All Magenta homes are constructed under the NHBC Warranty Scheme, and as such are guaranteed against structural defects
for ten years.
We are proud to be included in the NHBC
top band with regard to minimal claims
having been made against any of our properties constructed.
We use the NHBC building Control Service, which means that all our properties are closely monitored and inspected during construction. This guarantees a quality product and provides reassurance for new home-owners.
